The large double doors open wide to the outdoors, blurring the line between inside and nature, and inviting you to slow down and simply be.

Check-in and Check-out Times
Arrival from 15:00 to 20:00 – Departure before 10:00 o’clock. Please send a WhatsApp message on the day of arrival to +31 623595159 with your arrival time.

Rental Price
The rental price is all-inclusive, including electricity (except in Stará Láska), water, reservation fees, bed linen, towels, kitchen textiles, and final cleaning. The beds are made upon arrival. For stays longer than a week, you will receive fresh bed linen, towels, and kitchen textiles weekly, if desired. Optional extras: Linen package €4 per person, Towel package €4 per person, Kitchen textiles €2.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Once the 50% deposit has been credited to our account within 5 days, the booking is final. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If the remaining amount is not received 6 weeks before arrival, a reminder will be sent requesting payment within 3 days. If the payment is not received, the booking will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival, the full rental amount must be paid within 5 days.

Firewood for the Winter Season
The rental price for Ranná Rosa (only in the winter season) includes one bag of firewood per day. Due to the significant price increase of firewood, we request a contribution of € 6,50 for an additional bag of firewood.

Air Conditioning (Cooling in Summer & Heating in Winter)
Electricity costs in Stará Láska are calculated separately on the basis of an advance payment of €7 per day (equivalent to 24 hours of air conditioning). We ask that the electricity costs (7 euros per day, multiplied by the number of days you stay) be paid in cash upon arrival. The difference will be refunded in cash upon departure.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the deposit and any remaining amount will unfortunately not be refunded. We recommend that you take care of your own travel and cancellation insurance.

Liability
The stay at Natural Slovakia is at your own risk. The landlord is not liable for damage to your property or personal accidents.

Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside any of the accommodations.

Damage
We do not require a security deposit, but we trust that our property will be treated with care. In the event of damage to the property or inventory, we will work together to find an appropriate solution. Upon departure, the property should be left tidy and broomclean.
